I offer 1:1 existential therapy and structured coaching for adults who are stuck, scattered, or quietly overwhelmed. Whether it’s anxiety, ADHD, or the ache of “I don’t know who I am anymore,” this space is for you.

No jargon. No diagnoses. Just honest conversations and the structure to start moving again.

  • 1:1 Sessions
    Weekly or biweekly existential therapy or coaching sessions tailored to your needs — available online (globally) or in person (Hanoi).

  • Structured Support (if needed)
    If you feel scattered, unfocused, or paralyzed by too many open tabs in your brain, we’ll bring in structure and momentum — step-by-step.

  • A Space to Speak Freely
    You don’t have to filter your words. This is a non-judgmental space to talk about what’s real: grief, confusion, shame, fear, identity, purpose.

  • Email or Chat Support Between Sessions
    For those moments midweek when your thoughts spiral or motivation dips — you're not left alone between calls.

  • Optional Tools and Prompts
    Journaling, logotherapy exercises, philosophical reflection, creative work — used only if they suit you.

  • A Blend of Depth and Action
    We’ll go inward to explore meaning, and outward to take practical steps — even if those steps are small, they’re yours.

  • The ACT I Program (Optional Track)
    A structured accountability program for people with ADHD, unfinished projects, or self-doubt who want to build follow-through and self-trust.
